  1. (DST Automotive Ltd) herein after is referred to as Easyshades.
    1. Prices are exclusive of delivery charges and VAT
    2. VAT will be charged for UK and European Union Customers at the current rate of 20%  
  2. All goods remain the property of Easyshades until paid in full
  3. Easyshades reserve the right to change prices and specifications on products without prior notification
  4. Orders will not be despatched until payment has been received in full. Cheques may be cleared before constituting payment unless otherwise agreed in writing before an order is placed - Account customers only.


  1. If goods are damaged in transit this must be recorded in writing at the time of receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for damaged goods if the carriers proof of delivery has been signed for as received for in good condition. Please check carefully
  2. If goods are found to be incomplete - this must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt or collection of goods.


    1. Money back guarantee: For mail order goods returned/cancelled within 14 days (two weeks) of receipt of order – Subject to notes 8/910/11. Your statutory rights under The Sale of Goods Act 1979 are not affected. Excludes ‘special ordered’ goods. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring return of goods and resulting expenses. 
    2. After a 14 day (two weeks) grace period we are not obliged to accept goods back for credit or refund which have been ordered correctly or incorrectly. But we may do so, at our discretion but these may incur a restocking charge, any refund made will also be less the original carriage cost incurred by Easyshades. Your statutory rights under The Sale of Goods Act 1979 are not affected. (The 14 day grace period applies to mail order only i.e. none face to face transactions).
    3. All returns must be received in good condition at our distribution centre. Goods will not be accepted if they are damaged, scratched or not returned in protective packaging.
    4. Goods will not be accepted by Easyshades if they have been fitted or altered in any way.
    5. All delivery costs and insurance for goods when sending returns back to our distribution centre must be paid for by the customer unless making a prior agreement in writing with Easyshades.
    6. Returns must be adequately wrapped and at least as well protected as it was sent by us originally. Items inadequately protected/wrapped will not be accepted for return, or a charge may be made to rectify.
    7. In the highly unlikely event of customer dissatisfaction please return the goods to the following address and e-mail us to tell us about your reasons for doing so. We are committed to providing you a first class service. Returns Manager

  1. If parts are found to be defective due to excessive use or normal wear and tear within the warranty period we will repair or replace the parts at our discretion.
  2. It is the customers responsibility to remove and replace faulty parts from a vehicle and return them to our Distribution Centre.
  3. Easyshades cannot be held responsible for accidents or damage resulting where a customer has fitted products supplied by us.
  4. Any manufacturer’s warranty issued in the USA or other countries other than the UK for products sold by Easyshades are null and void.
  5. Due to the nature of the UK climate we cannot be held responsible where the customer has not fitted Velcro Adhesive strips at the required minimum temperatures or used our special IPA Cleaning wipes included with each Easyshades set. Your statutory rights under The Sale of Goods Act 1979 are not affected.


  1. We have a strict policy of investigating all attempts at ordering from our website by unauthorised persons using stolen credit card numbers. All suspicious orders will be investigated by sophisticated means and if necessary the information will be passed to the relevant government agencies in both this country and the countries involved. We reserve the right to double check all orders and restrict shipping as and when we choose.

    Please note, we will not accept payment via Paypal where goods are to be collected from or fitted at our premises. In the event of collection or fitting – goods must be paid for on site via credit/debit card with chip and pin or by cash.


  1. All prices are displayed in GBP (Great Britian Pound). You can select to display prices in Euro. Prices displayed in Euro are an indication only, based on the current exchange rate, your payment card will be billed in GBP.


  1. All offers are subject to stock availability. We will of course notify you immediately if we have run out of any goods you have ordered. We do operate a ‘back-order’ system, and should a part be out of stock, we will advise you with an expected delivery date. Back-orders will automatically be dispatched as soon as fresh stocks are available. Please advise us if this will not be satisfactory. Product availability are subject to change without notice.


  1. Not Withstanding Delivery And Passing Of Risk In The Goods The Property In The Goods Shall Not Pass To You Until Easyshades Has Received In Full The Prices Of The Goods And All Other Goods Agreed To Be Sold By Easyshades To You For Which Payment Is Due.
  2. Until Such Time As The Property In The Goods Passes To You, You Shall Hold The Goods As 4x4's Fiduciary Agent And Bailee And Shall Keep The Goods Separate From Those Of The Buyer And Third Parties And Properly Stores Protected Insured And Identified As Easyshades' Property.
  3. Until Such Time As The Property In The Goods Passes To You (And Provided The Goods Are Still In Existence And Have Not Been Resold) Easyshades Shall Be Entitled At Any Time To Require You To Deliver Up The Goods To Easyshades, And If You Fail To Do So Immediately On Request To Enter Upon Your Premises Or Any Third Party Premises Where The Goods Are Stored And Repossess The Goods.


These terms and conditions, your order and payment and the delivery of the goods and services you order, form the basis of a contract under the law of England and Wales between you the customer and Easyshades. Your statutory rights under the
law of England and Wales are not affected by these terms and conditions.
